Landplan provides a broad range of services to assist
rural and small-town communities.

Preparation of Master Plans addressing community growth, development and preservation, prepared in a manner that incorporates effective public input, identifies a community's "future vision,” and establishes a legal basis for subsequent zoning provisions.

Preparation of Zoning Ordinances to effectively implement the goals, objectives, and policies of the community's Master Plan including its future land use program.

Preparation of Other Regulatory Tools to implement the local Master Plan such as land division ordinances, private road regulations, and condominium regulations.

Analysis of a Community's Planning and Zoning Program to identify deficiencies and corrective measures.

Training Programs for local officials (planning commissioners, zoning board of appeals members, etc.) addressing roles, duties, zoning administration, meetings, and requirements of the Planning Enabling Act and Zoning Enabling Act.

Preparation of Natural Resources Protection Plans for farmland, woodlands, wetlands, surface waters, and other resources and implementation tools to ensure their long term protection.

Miscellaneous Retainer Services such as attendance at Township Board, Planning Commission, and ZBA meetings, meetings with applicants in association with development proposals, preparation of zoning ordinances and master plans and amendments thereto, and the review of applications for land divisions, site plans, special land uses, and rezonings.
